ORDERS IN EXCESS OF 35 POUNDS: PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE for SHIPPING FEES.

All orders will be shipped out within 3-4 business days of when order is placed, unless an order is placed on (or within a few days of) a national holiday. We do not ship on national holidays. Shipment generally takes 3-7 days, depending on carrier and method of shipment. Please allow more time, as much as 2 weeks or more, around national holidays.

Shipping costs are based on weight (rounded up to the nearest pound) and are determined by the carrier. The actual shipping cost and the shipping price quoted to you by Yahoo's shipping calculator may be different by a dollar or two.

If the discrepancy is over $2, we will notify you before processing your order or we will refund the extra amount. If you have any concerns, please call us. If we have made an error, we will fix it. 100% satisfaction guaranteed! However, we are not responsible for mistakes made by customer in purchasing.

We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit. To mitigate this risk, we recommend that you select the insurance option on the order form.

We now ship exclusively with UPS except to PO Box addresses. UPS rates include insurance. PO Box addresses require USPS shipping & additional insurance for orders over $50.00.

Please note: our Yahoo shipping calculator currently accommodates orders from 0-35 lbs. Orders that exceed this weight will show a shipping charge of zero, as will orders that are to be shipped internationally. There is an additional $10 processing fee for international orders. In these instances, please contact us and we will give you the accurate amount.
